Duragesic patch blamed for the death of a man

Johnson & Johnson, Jassen Pharmaceutical and Alza Corporation are being sued in a product liability lawsuit filed by Leigh Ann Cruse. Her husband, Cliff, was allegedly killed by a Duragesic patch that Leigh says was defective. She seeks damages in excess of $250,000.
